I had the same experience here, I ended up cancelling my entire order.  I emailed them twice and rec'd not a single response.

I ordered Eyeliss on 8/14/09 and the webpage indicated it was "in stock" and will ship next day. I still haven't received it. I have made 3 requests via email for an update with no response.
