dl Panthenol 50% Liquid also known as Pro-Vitamin B5 provides long lasting moisturization and increased strength of the hair shaft.  It is excellent for use in hair care products and can also be used in nail and skin care.  It conditions without build-up and reduces split ends.  Some studies show that dl Panthenol is helpful in the prevention of hair damage caused by overuse of dryers and straighteners.
