PlantaEm is all natural and is made from esters of glycerin and fatty acids.  It is completely biodegradable and PEG-free.  It is excellent for making clear,dispersible bath oil blends, make-up removers, and facial cleansers.

HBL Value: 7.0 to 8.0
Soluble in most vegetable oils and most emollient esters and silicones
