Polysorbate 20:

Polysorbate 20 is a  nontoxic emulsifier, to dissolve your precious essential oils and fragrance oils into water based formulations, without having to use any It is made from Olive Oil and is the best way to blend any oils or essential oils into water  based formulations without using alcohol. Start by adding equal parts of your essential oil and Polysorbate 20, then slowly add water. If the resulting spray is cloudy, rather than clear, you may need to add a slightly larger proportion of Polysorbate, perhaps as much as 3 parts to 1 part essential oil. Perfect for body sprays, room sprays, and linen sprays or any formulation that needs to have oils added to it such as shampoos..
